Fischer Homes is seeking a Senior Residential Construction Estimator to create and maintain accurate residential construction estimates and takeoffs, ensuring budget and timeline adherence.

Responsibilities

Perform plan takeoffs to quantify materials, labor, and equipment for residential projects.
Navigate and utilize advanced residential construction estimating software.
Estimate costs and quantities on new and existing designs.
Assist in root-causing takeoff variances and correcting errors.
Develop and refine estimating standards and scopes of work.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Management
