You will be the mastermind behind crafting personalized experiences that guide prospects through the early buying journey, ensuring they receive the right message at the right time. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B demand generation marketing, lifecycle marketing, and campaign execution. You will be responsible for developing targeted marketing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prospect engagement and drive revenue growth.This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland/Denver office.Technologies Youll UseMarketo, Looker, Google Analytics, DriftWhat You'll Do• Develop and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing nurtures across multiple channels, including email, paid media, and web experience that address top growth opportunities• Craft compelling email content that resonates with prospects early in the marketing funnel to create brand awareness, marketing activity, and demo/trial requests• Track and analyze key performance metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution• Enable and operationalize data-driven audience targeting strategies to ensure lifecycle marketing programs reach the most relevant recipients• Collaborate with stakeholders to define audience personas and segmentation criteria.• Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure our marketable database is optimized for prospect engagement• Leverage marketing automation tools to segment leads, personalize messaging, and optimize campaign performance.• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation.Skills We're Looking For• 5+ years of experience in Saas B2B lifecycle marketing.• Proven track record of success in developing and executing nurture campaigns.• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and data analysis.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.• Passion for marketing and a deep understanding of the customer journey.• A data-driven approach to building and communicating insights• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills#LI-CM1The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level.
