The Client Services Representative will manage remote client support by managing inbound calls and emails while providing excellent customer service. The individual will be responsible for answering and resolving basic product operational support questions received from our customers, as well as processing part orders and dispatching technicians. The position will be client facing, supporting products remotely with a need for excellent customer service
About You / What We’re Looking For: A candidate will be successful in this role if they have a technical and inquisitive nature, strong sense of teamwork, and a desire to help resolve problems. This person is customer-service oriented with a strong sense of urgency, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A successful Client Services Representative possesses strong documentation and soft skills, and is comfortable switching gears and operating within multiple systems.
