Film Innovation Supervisor
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Film Innovation Specialist to join our London team and help drive innovation for our ground-breaking visual dubbing products. You will collaborate with our Product, Production, Engineering, and Science teams to rapidly develop, test, analyse and use new solutions that push the boundaries of our AI-powered technology.
You will split your time between pure innovation work and taking on complex edge-case production tasks. For production work, you will be tasked with creative problem-solving to handle challenging 'vubbing' (visual dubbing) requests from customers and develop solutions and best practices that can be implemented across the production team. On the innovation side, you will identify areas for potential product improvements through hands-on testing and analysis. Your findings will directly inform development of new features and capabilities.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of an industry-leading business that is pioneering a revolution in filmmaking. As a key member of the team, you will help define the future of post-production and will gain immense exposure as a leader in this historic advancement.
You will gain an in-depth understanding of generative AI, emerging film workflows, and the development of new production processes. This is a unique opportunity to become an expert in cinematic-quality image processing and lip-sync technology while working alongside world-leading visual scientists.
Interview Process
At Flawless, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We’ll dive into past projects and simulate working together.
Your interview process will be over three rounds.
- Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)
- Hiring Manager Screen: 45-60 minutes, diving into your experience and knowledge of specific skills related to the job..
- Team Interview: 1 hour onsite Interview where you will meet variety of your potential future colleagues
Your Recruiter and hiring manager will be your main point of contact and prepare you for interviews. You’ll meet 3-4 people from across the business. (We make sure that you have time in each interview to ask them questions). If we don’t give an offer, we’ll provide feedback!
