Background in B2B, tech, or startup environments
Proven ability to develop partnerships and leverage industry networks for growth
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and track customer interactions
Experience using analytics platforms to drive strategy
Experience in B2B marketing within the recruitment sector, specifically in lead generation and client engagement.
Understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to drive targeted marketing strategies
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored for B2B recruitment
