In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Partner with our content marketing manager to push content that drives lead generation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Identify new opportunities for growth strategies, adapting approaches based on audience feedback and trends.

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing tactics.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Foster community engagement to build brand loyalty and advocacy among our target audience.

  • Work closely with the managing director to ensure alignment with top industry standards and growth objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Passionate and innovative, with a strong desire to drive business growth

  • Sense of humor and high emotional intelligence 

  • Relevant experience in growth marketing, business development, or strategic marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving engagement and revenue

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform strategic decisions

  • Ability to turn marketing initiatives into measurable growth outcomes

  • Background in B2B, tech, or startup environments

  • Proven ability to develop partnerships and leverage industry networks for growth

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and track customer interactions

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience using analytics platforms to drive strategy 

  • Experience in B2B marketing within the recruitment sector, specifically in lead generation and client engagement.

  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to drive targeted marketing strategies

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored for B2B recruitment
