Our Fleet Analyst is responsible for providing analytic support in the areas of fleet management, fleet financial performance and fleet operations. This position will use data manipulation and analysis to provide robust financial models – to include trending analysis and cost/benefit analysis to assist in evaluating vendor and business unit performance. Other responsibilities could include benchmarking, ad-hoc analysis, periodic reporting and administrative tasks as assigned.
This position is primarily responsible for measuring fleet performance. Capability to learn and apply continuous improvement tools for current state analytics and assessment are sought as well as identification of best practices through quantifiable data analytics.

Responsibilities:
You Will. . .

Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI metrics to track fleet management and business unit performance for fleet areas of leasing, maintenance, resale, tolls, violations, registrations, vehicle administration and other areas as assigned

Respond to ad hoc requests for fleet analysis from Divisions, Finance, Operations and Risk Management. Access to fleet data for annual reporting requests from Rollins departments as required

Capable of drafting field communications - e.g. policy reminders, hot topics, etc. -for Fleet department initiatives as required

Liaise with IT regarding system changes - testing, implementation, and maintenance stages affecting Fleet. Capable of learning vendor systems, downloading files and integrating data in support of continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Assist with the development of the monthly operations scorecards for region and branch performance management

Assist with the monthly communication of fleet performance metrics for business operations and vendors

Provide data analysis to support weekly and monthly communications – utilizing stacked ranking, trend analysis, Year over Year charting and other metrics as developed

Provide OEM model performance analysis. Capable of manipulating and interpreting large data files from vendors while providing cost/benefit decision analysis

Qualifications:
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred major Finance/Logistics

Minimum 2 years of related experience
-
Excellent communication and analytical skills
-
Successful experience on project teams, knowledge of MS Office software, especially Excel. Basic accounting and finance skills

Prior JD Edwards experience or equivalent experience in a comparable ERP is helpful
-
Comfortable with general IT systems and possess excellent written and verbal communication
-
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Organized and works well in a team environment
-
Capable of growing with Rollins Fleet and Operations into positions of increased responsibility
