Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain personal and professional credibility within the organization.
• Determine and recommend employee relations practices.
• Ensure adherence with all employment regulations.
• Act as a collaborative partner to executives and management.
• Process new hires, changes, terminations, and extended leave forms.
• Prepare monthly HR reports.
• Act as benefit administrator on employee benefit programs.
• Engage employees in potential Workers Compensation situations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) highly desirable.
