Act as a collaborative partner to executives and management.
Process new hires, changes, terminations, and extended leave forms.
Prepare monthly HR reports.
Act as benefit administrator on employee benefit programs.
Engage employees in potential Workers Compensation situations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
