Generalist Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious, fast-learning, and resourceful individual who is hardworking and genuinely kind to join our team as a Founder's Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our founders to tackle various challenges in the daily operations of Flex Living as we rapidly expand globally. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building a high-growth, early-stage PropTech company from the ground up, with direct mentorship from the founders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring: Develop and maintain relationships with partner universities, organize recruitment events, schedule talks, and launch various recruitment campaigns.

  • Sales: Communicate with clients via email, schedule demo meetings, follow up with details and pricing, and keep our CRM updated with the latest progress and sales forecasts.

  • Optimization: Collaborate with different business units to identify and implement solutions that save time or reduce costs.

  • Marketing: Plan and execute marketing strategies, set KPIs with the team, and test different marketing channels.

  • Business Development: Identify new channels for sourcing prospective clients and reach out to potential customers.

  • Operations: Work with various business units to address operational needs and ensure smooth execution of tasks.

About You:

While no prior industry experience is necessary, our ideal candidate consists of:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree
