Performance Marketing Manager
Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company focused on improving the rent payment experience. They are seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Manager to blend data analytics with strategic marketing execution.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign performance
- Manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and lead management teams
- Oversee creative development and A/B testing
- Streamline marketing processes using marketing technologies
- Manage relationships with external vendors and platforms
- Collaborate with MarTech team for campaign automation
- Provide training on analytics tools and digital marketing best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
