About the Role:
As a Flex Realty Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face guiding potential homebuyers through their journey with us. Your mission? To connect VA home buyers with our amazing agents and partner lenders, making their dream home a reality. Flex Realty Coordinators have a schedule outside of normal business hours. You will be scheduled for 32 hours a week, with the ability to schedule the remaining 8 hours weekly when fits best into your schedule. Want to work 4, 10-hour days? Go for it! Or if you would prefer 5, 8-hour days that works too! All hours just need to be within the guidelines below:
• Anytime between 12PM-10PM Monday through Friday and anytime between 8AM-10PM Saturday and Sunday.
• Flex Realty Coordinators are required to work at least 32 weekend hours per month.
• Of those weekend hours, Flex Realty Coordinators are required to work 2 weekend nights a month until 10PM.
What You'll Do:
• Connect and Convert: Field calls and follow up on leads, matching homebuyers with the perfect agent and lender.
• Customer Care Champion: Ensure every homebuyer feels valued and supported, overseeing their needs from start to finish.
• Drive Results: Keep your finger on the pulse of department goals, helping us boost conversion rates to new heights.
• Team Player: Pitch in wherever needed to strengthen our team and company culture.
