This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of CRM strategies and hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Essential Functions:• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including developing and managing automated workflows, email marketing, SMS, and push notifications to engage and retain customers.• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement metrics, and create personalized and targeted marketing messages to improve customer experiences and drive conversions.• Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize future campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, sales teams, IT, and data teams, to develop cohesive marketing strategies and ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.• Oversee the creation of compelling email templates, landing pages, and other marketing collateral, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.• Design and implement customer journey maps to understand and improve customer experiences at every touchpoint, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing effective strategies.• Collaborate with marketing experience on overall opportunities to improve engagement and retention of clinicians.• Ensure all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM, while staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating best practices into CRM strategies.Required Skills/Abilities:• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Intelligence.• Familiarity with Drupal, HTML, CSS, and basic email development principles.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.• Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow.Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.• Minimum of two years of experience managing CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.• Strong understanding of CRM strategies, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle management.• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.Supervisory Responsibility:This position will not directly supervise any employees.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment.
