Cloud and Data Protection Product Analyst and Project Manager job at Flexential. Collegeville, PA. Job Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a CDP Product Management Analyst and Project Manager. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for supporting product management initiatives, conducting deep dives into the data to recommend and implement pricing strategies for CDP products and reporting on product performance trends, while also leading project management activities to drive the successful delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical and project management skills, along with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Must be an analytical self starter and can lead projects to completion.Key Responsibilities and Essential Job FunctionsProduct Management Analyst:• Cross functional collaboration with Finance and Operations to gain in-depth knowledge of product performance and develop actionable plans to improve P&L, KPIs and optimize portfolio performance.• Proactively identify and analyze performance trends and opportunities to develop and provide recommendations for improvement and strategies. For example, influencing the product roadmap and end of life strategies.• Support the development of product-oriented business cases.• Analyze and conduct business reviews regularly for ad-hoc, strategic, and / or executive reviews.• Conduct market research - competitive and win/loss.• Understand and contribute to product cost model assumptions.• Support both standard non-standard pricing analytics and recommendations.• Ensure portfolio capabilities market requirements as defined by competitive analysis, third party analysis, and your own expertise.Project Management:• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to execute product development, launch, and enhancement initiatives.• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones and deliverables.• Track project progress, monitor risks and issues, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure project success.• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.Stakeholder Engagement:• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, software developers, marketers, and sales teams, to align product development efforts with business objectives.• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input to drive consensus on project priorities and decisions.• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment of goals, and resolution of conflicts or dependencies.Continuous Improvement:• Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and efficiency gains in product management and project management practices.• Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance product development processes, project execution, and team collaboration.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.• 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role, preferably in the Cloud, Data Protection or Managed IT Services space with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).• Expert Excel skills.• Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and writing proficiency.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and product metrics to inform product decisions and strategies.• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.Position Specific Competencies:• Self-motivated• Strong business acumen.• Analytical and process driven mindset.• The ability to develop and drive cross functional initiatives.Physical Requirements• Moderate keyboard usage• May require extended periods of sitting or standingBenefits of working at Flexential:• Medical, Telehealth, Dental and Vision• 401(k)• Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)• Life and AD&D• Short Term and Long-Term disability• Flex Time Off (PTO)• Leave of Absence• Employee Assistance Program• Wellness Program• Rewards and Recognition ProgramBenefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion.Base Pay Range : Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $103,200 - $117,700 .
