Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO and Web Developer)

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO and web development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic to our website, optimizing the user experience, and developing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work across SEO, website development, and digital advertising campaigns to enhance our online presence and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular site audits to ensure best SEO practices are followed.
• Web Development & Optimization: Build, maintain, and optimize our website for performance, SEO, and conversions. Collaborate with designers and content creators to improve user experience and implement technical improvements. (Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
• Website Functionality: Develop and deploy new website features or enhancements that improve user experience and website performance. Ensure mobile responsiveness and site security are top priorities.
• Content & Social Media Marketing: Work with content creators to develop engaging content for our website and social media channels. Manage social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build and engage our audience.
• Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels. Focus on driving lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on website performance, SEO rankings, organic traffic, and campaign KPIs (conversion rates, lead generation, and ROI). Use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Provide technical guidance to non-technical team members when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, web development, SEO, and social media.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and social media management tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills for content creation and marketing planning.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
