As a Sales Commission Analyst you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of commission calculations, claim submissions, and financial reporting. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will play a vital role in supporting our sales teams and ensuring smooth financial operations. This position offers a hybrid work model offering flexibility to work in the office and remote from home. Must be able to work Mesa HQ a minimum of 2 days a week.

Hours can be either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile and validate commission sheets from the Order Coordination team
Reconcile commission sheets with weekly/monthly sales logs
Create Kronos payroll upload templates and commissions earned reports
Validate funding and create commissions payable reports
Manage claim requests from Purchasing and Sales teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Submit qualifying claims via vendor portals and adhere to their timelines
Maintain detailed documentation to support vendor audits
Record accruals and reconcile claim payments/credits in the general ledger
Provide financial systems support, including updates to customer/industry mapping and SKU segment classification
Assist with other data gathering/reporting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

HS Diploma Required; advance degree preferred
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Outlook
Experience working with ERP systems
