Position Summary
Data Collection Specialists make non-sales calls to existing clients to collect data about the company and provide excellent customer service. The pay range for this position is $20.22-$28.31
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensure FM Audit is accurately reporting customer fleet data
- Onboarding new and existing customers to FM Audit
- Troubleshoot customer accounts
- Escalation points for tier 2/3 support requests
- Manage customer relationships and weekly meetings to achieve desired uptime
- Provide continued process improvement for the team
- Contribute to and reinforce a positive culture of getting things done
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure the best FlexTG customer experience
- Ability to work on tech team projects
Qualifications and Experience
- Intense passion for detailed work and interacting with people
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and procedures to non-technical people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel spreadsheet experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1-2 years IT Help Desk experience preferred.
- 1-year customer service call center experience.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Previous experience working with internal ticketing system preferred (i.e., Zendesk)
