Responsibilities and Tasks
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and analyzing financial data to share with clients. You will support colleagues with financial and data-related questions, provide advice on salary information processes, and ensure that financial data and reports are delivered correctly. Additional tasks include:
- Advising on the delivery of salary and financial data during client implementations
- Identifying solutions for new customer needs and preparing briefings for IT teams
- Verifying new features for salary information, financial data, and management reports
Who should apply?
This position is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with:
- A university degree in finance or data analytics
- 3+ years of experience in financial data analysis, preferably with HR or payroll systems
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial data tools such as Power BI
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
- A process-oriented mindset and the ability to present data clearly in reports and presentations
