At Flock Safety, the Field Marketing Associate will help our team deliver world-class events for customers and prospects in the Public sector of our business. Whether virtual or in-person, this role executes event marketing campaigns, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and drives brand awareness through various marketing activities. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure events help boost awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Track and manage each event's budget and total spending to ensure timely, cost-effective analysis.
Provide detailed reports on the success of event campaigns, including metrics such as lead generation and overall ROI.
Manage the planning, logistics, and execution of all events from concept to post-event follow-up, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target audiences, event goals, and measurable outcomes.
Monitor post-event reports and insights to evaluate the success of each event.
Ensure each event has appropriate pre-event marketing initiatives, like email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials, to boost attendance and engagement.
Manage and nurture relationships with key industry partners, event coordinators, and influencers.
1-3 years of experience in Field Marketing and Event management.
Experience in supporting large-scale events and driving ROI through Event marketing.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while executing the playbook for multiple projects.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign success.
Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Splash) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Occasional domestic travel to support events - less than 30%.

The first week focuses on high-level onboarding, including joining the company, setting up technology, and initiating impactful actions. In the second week, activities could include attending Flock Safety sponsored or hosted events, familiarizing yourself with the current events calendar, and determining what’s needed to support events in the next 30 days. By the third week, you should actively manage events and participate in internal meetings and events. The fourth week emphasizes managing the sourcing of new events and preparing for upcoming events while ensuring control over all events within your segment.
In the next 60 days, the focus is on strengthening internal relationships and operational efficiency. Objectives include driving relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing the event registration and management process, and gaining a deeper understanding of post-event tracking and measurement.
In the next 90 days, key objectives include owning the playbook and activities related to events within your segment. Working to identify areas of optimization and opportunities for growth to evolve event processes.

The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.
💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $70,000-$95,000 as well as stock options
