As a Senior GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will create, own, and leverage a variety of data sources to develop analytics, dashboards, visualization tools, and corporate strategies to help drive critical business decisions and strategies across the revenue organization and Flock as a whole.
Develop beautiful, rich, and informative dashboards (Sigma) to aid in fast and robust decision making across the revenue organization including the CRO
Own the end to end creation and maintenance of detailed forecasts predicting revenue growth, financial performance, head count, etc…
Develop statistical regression models for determining propensity to buy, churn, etc…
Work directly with sales leaders and RevOps counterparts to define metrics and manage the flow of data and SFDC structure for development of an end-to-end, from source data understanding to centralized data modeling and reporting outputs
Work with sales leadership to design GTM strategies for optimizing existing markets and penetrating emerging ones.
Project manage critical workstreams to increase visibility and strategic direction to the revenue team and the rest of Flock.
Surface quantitative and qualitative insights to Revenue and Flock leadership to better steer the ship and ensure scalability and effective execution.
BS/MS in a technical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent industry experience
Strong SQL skills (with a proven track record of data analytics centric roles)
Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and conducting strategic assessments (ideally in a management consulting role) with material impact to an organization
Strong experience building financial planning analyses such as revenue forecasts, pricing, quota planning, cost of sales, etc…
Strong experience in Tableau, Looker, or comparable Data visualization tools
Ability to communicate and drive for solutions to complex and abstract problems
Effectively communicate and seek to understand and be understood
Experience working directly with C-suite executives with little to zero oversight
Experience working with Data Engineering or Data Architecture teams
Experience with Sigma Computing, Clari, and Atrium is a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
Experience with Revenue, Sales, Finance analytics is a strong plus

Start contributing immediately by completing basic data queries and understanding what questions we ask as a business
Understand and start designing the cadence for revenue analytics at Flock and roll out structure for how we should at data
The First 60 Days
Scope and execute a revamp of key analyses for automation and scalability
Target model enhance to enhance the accuracy of our quarterly targets
Actively own core analyses and undertake ad-hoc projects as the DRI
90 Days & Beyond
Fully ramped in terms of workload having clear ownership over core analysis and integrated fully into sprint planning and quarterly planning cycle
Deliver next re-forecast aligned with FP&A

The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. Engineers may find themselves in coding interviews or architecture discussions, sales roles may present mock discovery calls, and leadership roles may craft 90 day plans. Your recruiter will inform you of which assessment you will be assigned and ensure you are fully prepared for your big day.
The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.
💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $165,000-$182,000 as well as stock options
