Job Description: Retail Sales CoordinatorPurpose:The Retail Sales Coordinators at Floor & Decor are essential to the company's success as they provide excellent customer service to customers seeking products for their projects.Both full-time and part-time jobs are available for interested applicants.Key attributes:• Friendly and enthusiastic• Entrepreneurial and hard-working• Honest and accountable• Excellent communication and attentive listening proficienciesEssential Job Functions:• Establish contact with customers, inquire regarding their projects, suggest goods, and stimulate enthusiasm about sales.• Deliver unparalleled customer service by exceeding customer expectations.• Our objective is to preserve the assigned areas in a constant state of being fully stocked, tidy, and hazard-free, allowing for a comfortable shopping atmosphere.• Coordinate with managers and coworkers to achieve sales goals.• Handle customer transactions using the POS system.• Adhere to established protocols when processing customer returns and exchanges.• Maintain the prescribed procedures for accepting payments through cash, checks, or credit cards.• Build price tags and advertising pieces, keep track of inventory, label and position merchandise.• Observe the primary convictions that characterize the company's mission.• Exhibit and guarantee adherence to organizational safety procedures.• Handle telephone conversations by conforming to the company's approved strategies.• Fulfill any duties that may be required in other parts of the store.• Thrive in a fast-acting setup with attention to detail.Minimum Eligibility Requirements:• To be considered, one must have attained the age of 18 years or older.• Mastery of fundamental mathematical concepts is a critical requirement for students in all academic disciplines.• Familiarity with customer service responsibilities.• Being adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and performing exceptionally well under pressure.• Forklift certification via F&D could be a necessary criterion for specific job roles.• In some states, heavy equipment certification mandates a drug test clearance according to the law.Physical/Sensory Requirements:• The capacity to apply a force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently is necessary for lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or moving objects.• Routine activities involve the frequent use of hands and fingers to handle various objects.• Jobs involving the frequent use of hands, arms, legs, and balance for activities such as walking, standing, reaching, climbing, or balancing.The company, Floor & Decor, affirms its dedication to providing an equal chance for all its employees and potential hires.
