FloQast is looking for a Benefits Manager to join our Total Rewards Team. The Benefits Manager is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits programs across all international locations. This role ensures that benefit programs are competitive, cost-effective, align with the FloQast’s strategic objectives, and enables FloQast to recruit and retain top talent. The Benefits Manager will work closely with HR leaders, external vendors, and employees to support the well-being of employees globally.

What You'll Do:- Own the development, design, and execution of global benefit plans and programs.
- Own vendor management and communication of most global programs. Work collaboratively with other team members to provide seamless program management.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead benefits RFP processes and program and/or vendor reviews.
- Analyze benefits data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and report on benefits plan performance, utilization, and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor the budget for global benefit programs including tracking costs, assessing cost-sharing strategies, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about current benefit programs, new or updated benefits, and benefit plan options.
- Manage and administer all benefit programs which will include eligibility files, reporting and billing, vendor file feeds. Lead the annual benefit renewal and open enrollment process from end to end, collaborating closely with Total Rewards leadership, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure that cost and budget modeling is accurate and reported in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations related to employee benefits.
- Coordinate benefits programs across different countries and regions with an eye for some level of consistency while accommodating local needs, competitiveness and regulations.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
What You'll Bring:- 5+ years of experience of successful and complex global benefits program management is required
- CEBS or CBP certification a plus, but not required
- Experience with working with a US based company with global subsidiaries and successfully collaborate across geographies and other HR Centers of Excellence
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong project management skills to drive initiatives to completion and manage fast-changing priorities Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data using basic and intermediate analysis techniques in MS Excel / Google Sheets (sort/filter, vlookups, index/match, pivot tables, etc.)Strong customer service orientation and ability to be friendly and welcoming partner to stakeholders and employees.
- Drive to upskill and develop new skills in Total Rewards, such as compensation, a plus
- Experience with UKG Pro is a strong plus
- Ability to collaborate with the People team on projects and initiatives to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across business units to successfully accomplish business objectives

The base pay range for this position is $95,000- $125,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
