Front End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Front End Web Developer. As part of the  IT organization, this individual will update and maintain our website to help us enhance our online presence through compelling, user-friendly, and responsive web development, as well as enhancing the performance of all public-facing assets at FloQast.

• Design, code, and modify websites from layout to function according to our stakeholders' specifications.
• Create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation and maintain company brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Perform website updates and improvements on an ongoing basis, including third-party plugin management.
• Conduct website performance tests and troubleshooting.
• Ensure websites are accessible across various platforms, including desktops and mobile devices.
• Partner with FloQast Security and Compliance/InfoSec to ensure that our company website is compliant with all privacy and security policies and regulations Manage access controls.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them into operations and activities.
• Any other tasks assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of proven working experience in web programmingIn-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency with CI/CD platforms and their integrations to web hosting platforms such as WordPress and Webflow.
• Experience with server-side frameworks such as Python, Ruby, PHP, Java, ASP, ASP.NET., including code minification for site performance.
• Proficiency in front-end libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience with web platforms such as Wordpress, Webflow etc.
• Strong understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development.
• Experience with global, multi-region/language websites.
• Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager, third-party cookie management and integrations to various Market Intelligence platforms.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process.
• Experience working with Marketing organizations is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This job posting is for our Front End Developer, the base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $145,000.  Compensation is not limited to base salary.
