Medical Assistant – Full-Time/Dermatology – Tampa, FL

The Dermatology department is seeking a full- time Medical Assistant for their office in Northdale (3820 Northdale Boulevard). Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM. The role is responsible for assisting providers and manages clinical functions in the department. Candidates with experience in a medical office highly preferred, especially in Dermatology. but willing to train if we get the right person for our team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year experience as an MA desired
  • Dermatology experience is a plus
  • High school graduate or GED certificate
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal/written, in person and on the phone
  • Able to give injections
  • Ability to travel to other FMC locations as business needs necessitate
