Promote company services: Build relationships with customers and communicate the company’s promotional services, acting as a liaison between the company and the public.
Develop PR strategies: Create community-based strategies and campaigns that enhance the company’s public relations efforts and drive brand visibility.
Build relationships: Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumers, community organizations, employees, and public interest groups to promote a positive image of the company.
Coach client representatives: Support client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees to enhance brand representation.
Analyze company needs: Help develop public relations strategies that influence public opinion, align with promotional policies, and highlight company services.
Maintain brand image: Ensure the organization’s image and identity are maintained through strategic communications that resonate with target audiences.
Evaluate market trends: Collaborate with the Operations Director to assess market trends and evaluate advertising efforts to ensure alignment with public relations strategies.
Previous experience in community relations, sales, or public relations is preferred but not required.
Ability to build rapport with the community and engage with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
