Treasury Operations Associate

Flourish is looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Associate to join their team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience in middle or back office operations at a registered broker dealer or bank.

Skills

Experience with various USD payment rails
Knowledge of SEC/FINRA regulations
Strong attention to detail
Process improvement skills

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily cash movement within the brokered sweep program
Perform daily cash reconciliation of customer cash
Assist in onboarding of new program banks
Run proprietary algorithm for optimal distribution of customer funds
Communicate and settle all monthly interest
Identify and implement efficiency gains

Education

Bachelor’s degree
