Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Flowcode is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and success. You will play a key role in the client lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating renewals and upsell opportunities.

  • Provide hands-on support and training to customers
  • Maintain strong correspondence with brands and improve partnerships
  • Communicate Flowcode value proposition effectively
  • Utilize analytical skills to drive process excellence
  • Maintain records in CRM system for tracking and reporting

Education

  • A strong educational background
  • 2-3 years in customer/client facing roles at product-led growth organizations
