As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will generate qualified opportunities from inbound and outbound leads. The SDR role will support the marketing and sales department. Leads come from both new and existing customers, meaning businesses starting a dispensary for the first time and those that have been around awhile and want to improve their existing dispensary management software. Outbound prospecting includes supporting a geographical territory that is aligned to one of our AEs, and calling, emailing, and creatively prospecting into new and existing dispensaries to generate qualified meetings and pipelines.
There is a strong preference for candidates located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
This role is open to anyone within the United States, except for candidates in CA or NY, with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits. Salary range: $55,000 per year & $67,000 OTE
