Fluence is seeking a high-caliber Lead Systems Engineer to join the Sustaining Engineering team. Sustaining Engineering is responsible for optimizing the in-service product line at Fluence. The System Engineers on this team lead the investigation and resolution of the most challenging problems for our in-service products at the intersect of software, firmware, hardware, and integration. The successful candidate will be an experienced engineer with the technical capacity to solve difficult electrical and control problems that affect a battery energy storage system. The successful candidate will also have a solid grasp of the problem-solving, root cause analysis, teamwork, and communication best practices required to achieve success within a global organization.
