Pros

Great place to work for those looking for immense opportunity in a growing industry. Very intelligent and capable people working on a common goal. Inclusive and fun culture. Competitive pay and good benefits (unlimited PTO, 12 weeks parental leave, etc).

Cons

The company has changed the remote work policy to office-first and moved certain job functions overseas recently, which has some employees disgruntled. The morale could be improved. Long hours at times.
