Fluxergy is a rapidly growing in vitro diagnostics company innovating on the cutting-edge of laboratory testing. We’re developing the first and only multi-modal point-of-care platform that enables molecular, clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology testing on the same system.

About the Role

No two days will be the same. Some days, you'll assist with the analysis of performance metrics, other days you'll work closely with our Project Managers and help manage a variety of new and ongoing projects. • Work with PM team to ensure number of tasks is accurate. 
• Add additional project widgets for pipeline (ie: non-launch bundle) projects and split out into a separate widget page. 
• Putting time-boundaries on dataset breaks widgets.  Determine root cause and fix. 
• Confirm overdue task severity is calculated correctly. 
• Confirm task effort accuracy is calculated correctly. 

• Ability to develop the frontend of the tool using VueJS or another frontend framework.

• Knowledge of backend development to implement functionalities.

• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the tool's functionality.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and mentors, report progress, and address challenges.
• Capacity to create a work plan, establish timelines, and manage tasks to ensure timely completion of project objectives.
