As a core part of our programmatic pillars — alongside our annual Food Revolution Summit and Plant-Based Coaching Certification — WLC is a private, online community that currently includes over 10,000 members. This community consists of health-minded individuals dedicated to implementing and maintaining a healthy, ethical, and sustainable lifestyle through personalized wellness journeys, supported by reliable insights, practical tools, and a supportive community.
WLC provides reliable, research-based insights and cutting-edge wisdom from leading experts; hand-picked, delicious, plant-powered recipes; and an inspiring, private community of people supporting each other in healthy living.
As the product manager for WLC, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of transitioning the program to an app (internally, we refer to this as WLC 2.0), driving innovation, expanding market reach, and delivering features that not only meet but exceed our members’ expectations. Your expertise in market analysis, product design, user experience, and AI-driven personalization will fuel the creation of solutions that deeply resonate with our members, fostering long-term engagement and satisfaction.
In this role, you will lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation to post-launch optimization—ensuring that WLC moves to the forefront of the wellness industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into a cohesive, impactful product that embodies FRN’s mission of promoting healthy, ethical, and sustainable living.
If you’re eager to contribute meaningfully to a company that values innovation, community, and sustainability, we’d love to hear from you.
