Food Service Team Member (TABC) 18+ - job 1 of 2

You’ll be responsible for cooking quality products in a safe and efficient manner, as well as providing guests with winning service. This position is accountable for delivering a superior guest experience while enforcing all park policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cooking and/or serving food in accordance to Six Flags standards
• Greeting each guest as they walk up to location
• Cleaning outdoor and indoor seating areas
• Removing garbage and transporting it to disposal area
• Enforcing all Six Flags policies
• Assisting in other areas of the Food and Beverage Department
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required
• Responsible for all alcohol served
• Follows company policies and procedures regarding alcohol services and sales
• Decline service to guest with no proper identification

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15 years old or older [depends on staffing needs]
• Able to communicate effectively, including reading, writing and speaking
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must hold a valid TABC certificate during employment

All other duties necessary to support the park as a whole.
