As a Store Manager at Foot Locker, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate and dedicated sales associates, while ensuring the store meets and exceeds sales goals. If you are a natural leader with a passion for the sports and fashion industry, we want to hear from you!Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.Create and maintain an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that all customers receive quality service and have a positive shopping experience.Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet store needs and maintain adequate staffing levels.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitors to make informed business decisions.Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement store initiatives and promotions.Manage store budget and expenses, including payroll and inventory costs.Maintain a safe and secure working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.Foot Locker is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
