We are seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing, responsible for growing Fora's overall subscriber base with a focus on the core US advisor market. In this role, you will own the comprehensive marketing strategy and budget to acquire and retain advisors, from ICP development and audience-specific messaging, to channel strategy across paid and organic channels, to managing and optimizing within our conversion funnel. You will own execution and content creation on organic channels and will partner closely with our acquisition and growth team to drive growth via paid marketing channels. You will also partner with our Advisor Experience team to drive retention, building lifecycle and CRM programs that improve advisor engagement and commercial success, ultimately furthering the overall health of our advisor community.
Reporting to our VP Growth & Data, this is a highly visible role with a direct impact on Fora’s growth trajectory — and an incredible opportunity to help shape the future of our brand and community. It is a managerial role: you will inherit a small team of content and social media marketers and will have the opportunity to define how the team grows with Fora.

You will need to be an independent problem solver who can figure things out from scratch and who leads with the needs of the customer. You are joining a data-forward team and will be held accountable to business results - strong candidates will be able to bring both an analytic and structured approach to marketing with a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling.
As a leader in our marketing organization you will directly manage a growing team of 5, while also needing to exhibit strong influencing skills in working with partner teams. Key partnerships from the outset will include our internal Creative and Growth shared service teams, as well as our Advisor Experience and Product teams.
