Along with hands-on development, the development team also sets out to research and leverage new technologies, master the Dynamics CRM software development kit, and always add value to our delivery team, our customers, and any other individuals within the Dynamics CRM community. You will be a member of Ford’s Global Contact Center “Case Management” Team to enhance and support the system Ford Customer Care agents use daily to assist Ford Motor Customers.What you’ll be able to do:• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to existing code to improve and/or maintain Dynamics 365.• Work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.• Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365.• Diagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges.• Proactively provide feedback throughout the Agile journey, seeking for continuous process improvement.The minimum requirements we seek:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience• 5+ years’ experience with C#, .Net, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, and JSON.• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse.• 5+ years’ experience with SQL, SQL Server, and relational databasesOur preferred qualifications:• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience• Working knowledge of code version control and branching.• Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2019+.• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Power Platform, Microsoft Flows, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Model Driven Apps.• Experience with scaled agile backlog management tools (e.g., Rally).• Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, VSTS).• Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.• Excellent problem-solving skills including leading problem-solving teams.• Self-starter: ability to work both independently and with a team.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What you’ll receive in return:As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
