In this position...The Consumer & Dealer Experience organisation is responsible for Ford Credit's external facing experiential application portfolio, supporting Ford and Lincoln vehicle sales through our financing and leasing business in North America. The Dealer advisor team is responsible for putting into practice solutions for dealers' web-based tools, which dealers may access from any device and use to self-service performance statistics and supplementary insights.We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Product Manager to work as part of our high performing engineering and product team in an exciting and fast paced environment. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge cloud-native technologies including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Spring Boot, React, Cloud SQL, Dataflow , BigQuery and our platforms.What you'll do...- Work with Product Owners, User Experience designers, data engineering team and directly with our dealers to understand customer wants and needs, define requirements and acceptance criteria.- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple interfacing product teams in the Ford Credit and Ford Motor IT, Originations, Sales and Risk organisations to design and deliver complex integrations between multiple systems.- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritise, refine and manage the backlog and proactively monitor and improve the team's performance over time.- Act as champion for the Agile PDO methodology, metrics and ceremonies including the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)- Work as part of the team on a broad variety of tasks, including gathering of user feedback, feature and story definition/ refinementYou'll have...- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field- 5+ years of experience in product management and Agile methodology- 5+ years of experience managing user requirements, features and user stories, estimating, managing and tracking the delivery process using CA Rally, Jira, or similar Agile Tools- Leadership skills to drive the team, product and stakeholders forward in a self-motivated manner.- Problem solving skills to take ownership and lead resolution of issues and blockers both within and outside the team.- Proactively identify, mitigate, manage and resolve risks.- Understanding of core Agile, DevOps and software craftsmanship concepts including pairing/mobbing, test driven development (TDD), continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), feature flagging, A/B testing, blue/green deployment- Familiarity with monitoring and visualization, analytics tools including mouseflow , Adobe Analytics- Communicate and present to an exemplary standard at all organizational levels and with technical, business and external audiences.Even better, you may have...- Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field- Certified to Google Cloud Digital Leader level or higher.- Understanding of Ford Credit business operations and/or the wider automotive financial services business context- Understanding of in-dealership sales, financing and insurance operations- Experience with whiteboarding, UX wireframe and technical diagramming tools including Miro, Figma and Visio- Familiarity with instrumentation, monitoring and visualisation tooling including Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana- Working understanding of core software development toolchain including several of: GitHub, Nexus/JFrog, Cloud Build/Tekton/Jenkins, Terraform, Checkmarx, Sonarqube, FOSSA, Apigee, 42crunch, Cycode- Working understanding of microservices architecture and API driven development.- Understanding of core GCP platform conceptsYou may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
