Associate Scientist II, MS&T
Forge Biologics is enabling access to gene therapies and seeking an Associate Scientist II to support their MS&T strategy for cell and gene therapy products. The role involves technology transfer and ensuring GMP readiness.

Responsibilities
- Assist technology transfers from product development to manufacturing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP readiness
- Support client-facing functional lead for process technology transfers
- Assist with GMP execution and investigations
- Provide process optimization opportunities
- Ensure MS&T activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Track progress of manufacturing and tech transfer projects
Education
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years’ experience
