We’re seeking an experienced Brand Creative Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Senior Manager Brand Creative. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be a key team member in the creation of highly impactful, contemporary creative, driven by compelling storytelling.

 

You will primarily lead the ideation, development, and delivery of film and photographic content tailored for internal and partner communications. This role will be integral in creating visually compelling, content that resonates with our internal audience, supporting a variety of initiatives from employee engagement to executive messaging. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our Bicester location. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you’ll do

·        Creative Strategy & Ideation – own and lead the creative concept development of film and photographic assets aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring each project is both impactful and purpose-driven for all identified audiences.

·        Project Management - oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects, from initial planning and scheduling to final delivery, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

·        Stakeholder Collaboration - work closely with internal stakeholders—including People, Communications, and Leadership teams—to understand project objectives, ensuring each piece of content supports broader communication strategies.

·        Creative Production - direct the creation of high-quality film and photographic assets, overseeing elements such as scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, and post-production processes in conjunction with our Brand Producer and Brand Editor.

·        Leadership & Development - manage our internal Brand Editor and be a key part of developing an independent team of creative partners, including photographers, videographers, and editors, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment across both internal and external teams.

·        Brand Alignment - ensure all creative work is consistent with our brand identity and tone of voice, adapting visual styles to suit internal communication requirements.

·        Quality - review all creative executions and be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards, ensuring assets meet technical specifications and both uphold and continually develop our creative integrity.

·        Resource & Partner Management - coordinate with internal and external production teams, photographers, and other creative partners when necessary, negotiating contracts and overseeing their contributions to ensure alignment with internal goals.

·        Innovation & Continuous Improvement - stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to all content opportunities, while continuously optimising creative processes for efficiency.

 

Who you are

 

  • Proven experience in creative ideation and execution within film and photographic disciplines.
  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in both film and photography.
  • Knowledge and demonstrable practical skills in use of film and photographic equipment inc lighting set-up.
  • Strong understanding of the power and importance of brand management and storytelling.
  • Strong supplier and partner management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, culturally aware mindset with a global perspective.
  • Motivated, charismatic approach with a strong network within the industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight and changing deadlines.
  • Team player, happy to support the broader team with delivery of multiple projects.
  • Preferred experience within automotive and/or luxury sectors.
  • Familiarity and keen interest in the latest trends and best practices in film and photographic production.
