Forter is seeking a Director of GTM FP&A to lead partnership with executives and oversee a team focused on strategic financial planning and analysis for growth.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic financial plans in partnership with GTM leadership
Lead monthly forecasting and business review sessions with GTM executives
Lead the development of GTM KPIs and data analyses
Provide financial guidance to Sales, Marketing and Customer organizations
Act as a financial liaison between the Finance department and other business units
Identify and implement process improvements for GTM FP&A

Education

Bachelor’s Degree
MBA preferred
