NOTE: This role is based in NYC. Forum Brands operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week.


We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to support design efforts for our DTC brands! You will be responsible for shaping the visual storytelling of our brands by leading the design of a range of projects including digital marketing campaigns, website content, email marketing and social media content. You will also serve as a lead on all brand strategy work, and partner with our Creative & Marketing team to develop a cohesive brand identity that will be presented to cross-functional partners and senior leadership. This role reports into our Creative Director.


What you'll do:
  • Conceptualize and create visually captivating designs for a wide range of marketing materials including email, websites, eCommerce product display pages (PDPs), print materials, and product packaging
  • Lead the design of email marketing for a luxury beauty brand by utilizing a content calendar and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide design concepts that align with project objectives and goals
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and standards are maintained across all design projects and platforms
  • Review and refine designs to ensure they meet the highest quality, accuracy, and project objectives
  • Participate in the development of brand identities, including logos, design elements, and typography toolkits
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to foster their growth and ensure the production of high-quality designs
  • Manage offshore design talent by assigning, reviewing, and approving their work
  • Utilize reporting software to analyze data and identify opportunities to boost top-line revenue across the portfolio
  • Create and manage internal workflows for the design department
  • Conduct image research, retouching and photography compositing


Requirements:
  • 7+ years as a graphic designer with 3+ years in a senior role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing channels across beauty, skincare and/or wellness categories
  • Design software proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, Premiere)
  • Software Proficiency: Google Suite email marketing (Klaviyo, Hubspot, etc.); project management (Monday, Asana, etc.); analytics (Kapoq, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Exceptional design skills with experience in a variety of mediums (print, packaging, email, web and mobile), including image editing and manipulation
  • Project management experience

  • Video and/or motion graphics editing experience
  • Packaging production knowledge
  • Knowledge of social media best practices
  • Photoshoot art direction
  • Data management experience
  • Experience with branding and identity design
  • Freelancer management experience

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
+ bonus and equity
