About this role:
Thanks for your interest in Found! Our Data team is a full stack data organization of highly skilled analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. We’re responsible for everything from researching, training, and deploying ML models to detect and stop fraud in real time, to using data to inform the direction that our product teams should take on what to build next. We’re a small but experienced team that has worked on diverse and complex problems at companies like Uber, Netflix, and Spotify.
We’re excited to add a Senior Product Analyst to our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage data to identify product and business opportunities and drive decision making. At Found, you won’t just answer “what happened”, you’ll be responsible for pointing the way and rallying others around what we should do next. We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious and proactive and who is excited to dive in and immediately play a critical role impacting company-level strategic priorities.
Some recent team accomplishments include:
Customizing onboarding flows based on user behavior and expected value to cut onboarding CAC by ⅓ and optimize upsells/CTAs.
Developing payback projection data models that build LTV and payback curves by revenue source, signup channel, and day.
Building company understanding of the virality of our product by modeling and visualizing network graphs through multiple layers and connection types.
Researching, training, and deploying an XGBoost model that predicts a user’s LTV to better shape our ad targeting and user acquisition strategy.
Optimized the payout structure for growth and affiliate partners to maintain cost efficiency while incentivizing them to bring us more high-value users.
Day to day, you will:
Conduct deep investigative analyses to better understand our users, uncover new insights, and drive decision making.
Propose, design, and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses and continually improve our product experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, growth, and engineering, to solve business problems and improve user experiences.
Create data-apps and reporting to empower the teams you partner with to take action and make better decisions.
Communicate your results effectively, across an array of stakeholders and technical backgrounds.
Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and frameworks for analytics at Found.
To thrive in this role, you have:
7+ years in Analytics or Data Science
Strong expertise with SQL and Python
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of driving business impact through proactive analyses.
You may also have:
Previous experience working at a fintech.
Previous startup experience.
Experience with bookkeeping or taxes and how it relates to self-employment.
Compensation at Found
The anticipated salary range for this role is $153,000- $203,000. The salary range listed represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
