Hi, I’m Bobby and I’m the Partnerships Lead here at Found. This role is for our first Strategic Account Executive, who will be joining our team as a critical hire responsible for signing and launching partnerships with the largest platforms in the self-employed space. Our target partner profile is broad in scope but are often marketplaces and software tools that facilitate payments to a large self-employed audience.

Some recent team accomplishments include:
Partnered with leading home care platform (with over 3 million potential Found users).
Partnered with world’s largest petcare platform (with over 500k potential Found users).
Developed integrated relationships which have increased partnership performance by 30%+.
Lead the end-to-end sales process for winning new business, from initial outreach through to implementation.
Proactively surface opportunities such as compelling integrations and new economic models that can create shared value for both Found and our partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Compliance, Marketing, Product and Finance to assess partnership opportunities and ensure alignment across functions.
Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills with a consultative sales approach and product-centric mindset.
Creative thinking and the ability to quickly adapt to unique partner needs.
Enthusiasm for owning a broad scope of strategic work such as partnership integration strategies and incentive models.
Aptitude and experience in fully leading contract negotiations.
Strong bias for action with an ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of an organization.
6 - 9 years of experience, with openness to more or less experience for the right candidate.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000. The salary range listed represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
