We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will take ownership of driving lead generation and company growth through innovative and informed-driven marketing strategies. This role is pivotal to building our brand authority, growing our digital presence, and engaging potential clients across various channels. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of community-based growth tactics. 

In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, optimizing digital marketing channels, and creating content that resonates with our target audience. You will also attend industry events and act as a key voice of the company. You’ll play a key role in nurturing relationships with leads and clients, driving engagement through personalized campaigns, and leveraging client success stories to build credibility. A strong ability to analyse performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better results is essential. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy roadmap, outlining short, mid, and long-term initiatives to drive leads and revenue 
  • Deeply understand our products and services to effectively serve as our brand ambassador  
  • Identify, propose and attend relevant engagement event opportunities that build authority and drive organic growth  
  • Maintain/ Create active online and offline communities (e.g., on LinkedIn groups, forums) to share insights, build trust and engage with potential clients  
  • Design and lead organic growth campaigns to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads  
  • Create targeted, personalized email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients with valuable content, updates, and industry insights  
  • Analyse KPIs and monitor the success of marketing campaigns.  
  • Own and continuously optimize the performance of our digital marketing channels  
  • Leverage client success stories and feedback to create compelling case studies that demonstrate the value of our services, promoting them through our organic channels.  
  • Transform long-form content into various formats like blog posts, infographics, and videos to maximize reach across organic channels  
  • Regularly assess and improve the structure of our site (Content, sitemaps, internal linking)  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Marketing or Business Administration 
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing growth strategies that deliver results 
  • Proven experience in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies and campaigns 
  • A creative, resourceful doer who can develop and execute strategies tailored to the company’s unique goals 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Excellent content creation skills, including repurposing long-form content 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience using analytics tools 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email, etc.)
