Oneteam enables every customer care agent and team lead to train, work and communicate within the same system. In order to build reliable, highly scalable and secure solutions and meet customers’ needs, the Oneteam squad is looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a solid background in Node.js and AWS.LocationThe position is based in one of our offices in Colombia located either in Barranquilla, Bogotá or Cali. Partial remote work is possible, with a regular presence in our office to meet the team.Missions• Write reusable, effective, and scalable code preferably in JavaScript but not limited to it.• Maintain and improve our backend systems that orchestrate various parts of the product.• Create out of the box solutions to help resolve scaling challenges.How we workDriven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.Main technologies used for this roleNode.js – AWS – MySQL – DynamoDB – Docker – FargateExpected skillsRequired• Minimum 5 years professional experience with AWS services.• Fluent English, spoken and written.• Familiar with: Node.js, AWS Serverless services (Lambda, Aurora, Fargate, API Gateway), MySQL/DynamoDB, Containerization (Docker + Fargate) and CloudFormation.Nice to have• Knowledge in Vue.js.• Fluent French, spoken and written.• ️ Recruitment process• Meet our HR team to ensure alignment between our job offer and your professional project, expectations, mobility, availability, etc. (30 min)• Engage with Henrik, our IT Programming Manager, to discuss your technical background.
