Responsibilities:

• Create and Curate: Develop short-form, storytelling content that aligns with Four Winters’ brand identity and engages our target audience.
• Drive Engagement: Craft compelling videos that can generate high engagement, build a following, and spread the word about Four Winters.
• Collaborate: Work with the marketing team to align on brand messaging, seasonal campaigns, and creative ideas.
• Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep an eye on TikTok trends, popular sounds, and techniques to ensure content is timely and relevant.
• Editing on the Go: Use mobile editing tools to polish videos, ensuring quality and consistency.

Creativity & Storytelling Skills: You can take a simple idea and turn it into an engaging, story-driven video.

Understanding of Marketing Messaging: You know what it takes to capture an audience and communicate a brand’s unique selling points effectively.

Experience with TikTok: Any personal or professional experience creating engaging TikTok content is enough—no formal work experience is required.

Basic Mobile Editing Skills: You’re comfortable using mobile editing apps to enhance and polish videos.
