Site Reliability Engineer

FourKites is a leading supply chain visibility platform seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to tackle complex challenges. We're looking for problem solvers who value empathy and inclusivity in a collaborative environment.

Skills

Experience with AWS or Azure
Knowledge of cloud-native applications
CI/CD implementation expertise
Programming skills in high-level languages
Experience with distributed storage technologies
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide 24x7 support for production systems
Collaborate to build new teams if required
Drive incident and problem management
Develop troubleshooting documentation
Work independently to resolve technical issues
Create documentation on application workflows
Collaborate with development teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
