Technical Recruiter
Foursquare is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and hire exceptional talent in Engineering and Product functions in Serbia. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner with a focus on providing an elite candidate experience.
Skills
- In-house recruiting experience in a SaaS environment
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods
- Project management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from kick-off to closing candidates
- Maintain data integrity within various systems
- Implement process improvements across recruiting operations
- Provide excellent service to candidates
- Collaborate with different hiring teams to share data and market trends
- Spearhead initiatives in employer branding and DE&I programs
