The Role:

Foxit is seeking a driven and customer-focused Renewals Account Manager to join our global Customer Success & Sales team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end renewal process across a defined customer region, ensuring timely renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and contributing to long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Renewals & Retention

Manage a high-volume SaaS renewals pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate subscription renewals.

Proactively engage customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to discuss renewal options and address concerns.

Negotiate renewal pricing and contract terms to maximize retention and customer value.

Develop strategies to reduce churn and strengthen customer relationships across your territory.

Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide accurate renewal forecasts and reporting.

Upselling & Cross-Selling

Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage trends and needs.

Partner closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to expand revenue within your book of business.

2+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or inside sales.
