FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a candidate to be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis Team to help manage the day to day responsibilities for developing and reporting against annual and multi-year business models. This role requires collaboration with client account owners, department heads, and other members of Code3's finance team to gather required data needed in expense and revenue forecasting. An ideal candidate has strong excel skills, excellent communication skills, and a 'can do' work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Analize month end results identifying variances to forecast and budget
• Aid in the production of month end reports to various stakeholders across the business
• Assist in preparing ad hoc management reports, both monthly and quarterly (for Board of Directors)
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to provide timely and trusted data
• Assist in the development of our long term model
• Develop and implement methods or techniques to improve the current forecasting process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar
• 2+ years experience in corporate finance, preferably in adtech
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheet proficiency required
• Effective writing and verbal communication skills; required to communicate authoritatively with all levels
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Experience collaborating with client facing teams preferred
• Oracle Cloud ERP system and SmartView experience preferred
• As Code3's Finance Team is a remote team, must be comfortable working independently while being hands-on.
