Job Summary:
The FP&A Manager III will provide expertise to drive financial planning and analysis at a global level. Direct key operational cost analysis and initiatives to improve financial performance. Provide timely and accurate reporting and data analysis. Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability for the company. Directly support functional and regional teams and provide leadership to FP&A analysts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Track key operational drivers for financial results, partner with function leaders to create strategies for improved performance against the metrics

Drive global productivity and cost-out efforts by partnering with region finance and resource teams to achieve annual targets

Manage the tracking and planning for global operational metrics including utilization of field resources, training cost and labor rates

Identify cost reduction strategies and operationalize such globally

Design and implement standardized global processes such as labor rate calculation, accounting guidelines reporting, framework for training tracking

Lead simplification initiatives in critical business processes to achieve efficiencies and leaner organization structure through cross-functional engagement and technology use

Partner with Operations leadership for financial planning and analysis for staff budgets planning cycle

Organize and present the results of the financial and operational metrics through clear and effective messaging

Drive operating forecasts and track/ measure conformity to operating plan

Manage assigned FP&A team, ensure goals and objectives are identified and met

Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirements deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple internal customers

Conduct variance analysis/ operational correspondence in a timely fashion to stay current

Perform project analysis related to estimates/ actuals and status of Facilitate Bench/ Training Cost Analysis; publish trends and work with assignment teams to control non-productive labor cost

Perform ad-hoc analysis (including, but not limited to, productivity checks; employee and contractor hours worked; missing POs; T&L and other Bullet Train spend trending)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance

10+ years’ experience in corporate finance budgeting and forecasting

5+years managing and developing employees
-
4+ years of specialized/industry experience
Desired Characteristics:

Master’s degree preferred

Formal leadership program graduate

Demonstrated business acumen with desire to learn and evolve with a growth-oriented business model and project management skills in both leading efforts and being a team member

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

Exhibit initiative in problem-solving and trouble-shooting with attention to detail

Ability to work on multiple projects with time constraints/varying deadlines, leverage systems/tools to manage data, take direction and work independently
Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $113,500 to $181,500. This is an exempt from overtime position. FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program. Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
