FP&A Manager - job 2 of 2

We're looking for a newly created Engineering and Product FP&A role to support our growing FP&A team. In this highly visible role, you'll be a strategic partner to the Engineering and Product leadership teams to ensure the financial, strategic, and operational objectives are met. You will lead the financial review, forecast/budgeting, and decision support for the Engineering and Product organization. You'll design financial models to predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions. You'll work closely with Engineering and Product leaders. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, strategic thinker, have good modeling skills, have exceptional communication and business partnering skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

As a FP&A Manager, you'll get to:

• Build partnership with Engineering and Product Leadership by delivering financial results, identifying issues and emerging trends, and providing a breadth of insight and financial decision support.
• Develop frameworks for translating Engineering and Product strategy into measurable financial reporting with the goal of improving target setting for revenue and operating investments.
• Drive insights as to how to improve Engineering and Product operationally and financially.
• Design financial models to forecast bookings and measure pipeline performance.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Strategic Planning, or an analytical role.
• Strong business understanding, allowing you to help develop and quantify strategies and tactics that drive incremental growth and scale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to synthesize detailed information into big-picture summaries along with succinct and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude: humility and intellectual curiosity make for a successful contributor.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to navigate and build trust in a complex organization.
